The risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to you upon delivery. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered to you, unless such loss or damage was caused by our negligence.

10. Claims
Any claims for damages or losses arising out of your use of our services must be made in writing within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will not be liable for any claims made after this period.

11. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
