Can I have my order delivered to a DHL Packstation?
Fill in the text content of the collapsible iteaTo receive your order at a Packstation, enter this as the delivery address in three simple steps.
1. after your first and last name, enter the number of the desired Packstation in the "Street, house number / Packstation" field.
2. then enter your personal postal number in the "Additional address / postal number" field. You can find this on your DHL customer card or in the Post & DHL app.
3. now just enter the zip code and the location of the desired Packstation. That's it.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then track your order at any time using the tracking code. Please note that once the goods have been dispatched, we no longer have any influence on the delivery process. Please contact DHL directly if you have any questions regarding shipping.

How can I return my order?
You can return your order to us within fourteen days, provided that the item(s) are in the same condition in which you received them. Please note that we will not cover the shipping costs of your return. You must arrange the return shipment yourself.

What do I need to bear in mind when returning goods?
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the products to us in their original packaging, unopened and unused with all accessories and with all packaging components. Please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

Why was my refund refused?
To receive a full refund, make sure that all items are returned in unused condition or in the same condition in which you received them. This includes the original packaging with all packaging components.
